  • Chicken/Spinach/Rice – organic ground chicken, organic spinach, garlic, shallots, organic sushi rice
  • Strawberries – organic and local

Consumption: She ate most of everything.


Tuesday

Apr 19 2011

 

  • Cheese and spinach quesadilla – organic tortilla, organic Mexican cheese blend, organic spinach
  • Carrots – organic carrots, raw, cut into flower shapes
  • Strawberries – organic and local

Consumption: She ate all of the carrots and fruit, and 1/3 of the quesadilla


Wednesday

Apr 20 2011

  • Homemade pizza – organic spinach, organic low fat mozzarella, green olives, tomato sauce 
  • Raspberries – local and organic

Consumption: Currently a favorite meal, she ate everything but the crusts.


Thursday

Apr 21 2011

  • Cheese – organic, Colby
  • Pasta – organic, plain
  • Peas – organic, plain (frozen)
  • Strawberries and oranges – local and organic from our fruit CSA with Frog Hollow Farm.

Consumption: Some peas and cheese leftover.
