Tuesday

May 31 2011

  • Rice balls – organic sushi rice molded into shapes and decorated with nori cut outs
  • Peas – organic, cooked from frozen that am
  • Mild Italian sausage Boccalone sausage left over from our cookout on Sunday
  • Blueberries – organic and local 

Consumption: She left a few pieces of sausage and some peas.


Wednesday

Jun 1 2011

  • Cream cheese and strawberry jam sandwiches – organic multigrain bread, organic cream cheese, Happy Girl low sugar strawberry jam
  • Cherries – organic & local. First of the season! Yay!
  • Carrots – organic, local, raw

Consumption: She ate 2/3rds of the sandwich, half of the carrots and all of the cherries.


Thursday

Jun 2 2011 

  • Pasta – organic, plain, cooked that am
  • Green Beans – organic, local, from our Eating with the Seasons CSA
  • Turkey – good quality slices
  • Blueberries – organic and local 

Consumption: She left a few pieces of pasta and turkey, ate all the blueberries, left most of the green beans.
